Personally I don't think you need to improve your service, Martin and his team are always friendly and polite.

Great haircut as usual from Martin, this is a local young man from Wishaw, hard working, as well as friendly and caring. I have been coming here ever since moving to Wishaw about eight years ago, always find Martin the same pleasant young man. Need your haircut, give this business your custom, you definitely won't be disappointed. Five stars all the way.

Staff were welcoming, confident & clear with instruction (due to current circumstances). The environment was clean & modern which was pleasant. The quality of the haircut was superb and I was extremely satisfied. Nicole did a fabulous job.
